HOW TO ORDER & PAY
When you find an item you desire to purchase, simply select your size using a size guide, select the quantity, then click 'Add to cart'. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout with creating TheRealLuxury user account. We ship worldwide via DHL. After choosing your shipping preference, proceed to payment and select your payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Crypto. Once you have placed your order and made a payment, we will ship the item and you will receive an email confirmation.
HOW TO SELL
Update your style or fund your next purchase while also extending the lifecycle of your new or pre-loved items and reducing their carbon footprint. Sell your luxury goods by using the easy listing form, choose the relevant designer from our designer's list, describe your item and upload its images. You don't need to worry about the perfect lightning or the background: our curation team will help you optimize the visibility of your product. After your item is sold, you will be requested to ship it to us for free. Our team of in-house experts will check its authenticity and send it to the buyer. Once the item is shipped, the payment is processed. T&C apply.*
We accept: women's, men's and kid's fashion, accessories, handbags, fine jewelry, watches, art and items for home.
*According to TheRealLuxury's T&C the seller is obligated to store the product with the value of EUR 500 or more in the TheRealLuxury warehouse. Once the authenticity of the product is confirmed by highly educated team of in-house experts, the item is listed in TheRealLuxury marketplace.

With the aim to offer you the affordable resell service, we've dropped our selling fees. Once your items have found a new home, we ship them and you get paid!
We price items according to the designer, item type, item age, their condition, and current market demand. We are committed to selling your items within 40 days at the highest possible price. For more details, please refer to our Commission Chart. We accept women's, men's and kid's fashion, handbags, fine jewelry, watches and items for home. Items must be in good (moderate wear), very good (light wear), excellent (new without tags) or pristine (new with tags) condition.
