The production of Macallan Rare Cask 2023 involved the well-known musician Charlie Burchill from the band Simple Minds. On their journey together, they explored the subtleties of the sensory world and identified parallels between sound, smell, taste and colour. The musician’s art of creating unique whiskies and composing exceptional music led to this exquisite barrel bottling. This Macallan is matured in the finest and rarest oak sherry casks in which the Macallan Estate has previously matured.

Created on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Imperial, Barcelo Imperial Premium Blend 40 Aniversario is blended from old reserves of Imperial aged between 8 and 10 years in ex-Bourbon barrels and has benefited from an additional 2 years of maturation in French oak barrels that have contained Sauternes.

Maury is a town in the northern part of Roussillon, best known as the name for sweet wines doux naturels. The ‘Legend’ series by Gérard Bertrand is an extremely limited edition of rare old wines whose origin is not revealed except for the name, vintage and blend. Manufactured in 1939, this "garnet" style by Maury, made from 100% Grenache Noir and aged without oxidation.
